Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we sent you the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover return shipping costs.
